Andy Bodycombe
Andy Bodycombe has over 12 years of experience of working in renewable energy and was the head of project management at Solarcentury until Feb 2008. He now works as a freelance photojournalist specialising in environmental stories and particularly those relating to positive and practical solutions to the global challenges of climate change and his clients include Greenpeace and SolarAid. Coming from an engineering background he has a broad understanding of many different renewable technologies and some of the challenges product designers face in persuading people to adopt new technologies. Andy is helping to set up community food growing projects in his home borough of Southwark and works as an occasional session worker for Hackney-based environmental education charity ecoACTIVE.

Adam Bell
Adam Bell joined RenewableUK in January of this year, taking up the role of National Campaigns Co-ordinator of the relaunched Embrace campaign. He is currently engaged in refocusing Embrace to develop a more local & regional campaigning capacity.

Prior to this position, he worked on grassroots campaigns on behalf of the Liberal Democrats in Edinburgh and in London, playing a key role in the Lib Dem parliamentary campaign in Islington South & Finsbury. He graduated from Edinburgh University in 2006 with an MSc in Philosophy.

Annie Chipchase
Annie Chipchase is a botanist and phase one habitat surveyor. She has over 10 years experience carrying out botanical surveys on development projects and nature conservation projects. She is currently carrying out habitat surveys for the forthcoming Lee River Park and providing advice on it’s design.

Ben Todd
Executive Director of Arcola Theatre
Ben completed his PhD on the Modelling of Solid Oxide Fuel Cells for Power Generation at Cambridge University Engineering Department. He has worked in R&D, technical and strategy consulting on both commercial and government projects including at Cambridge Consultants, Ti Cycles of India, Rolls-Royce Fuel Cell Systems and Synnogy. As well as managing Arcola Theatre, Ben works as a technology broker for the Low Carbon and Fuel Cell Knowledge Transfer Network run by the UK Technology Strategy Board.
